It appears that there is an eggdrop bot (usually on sifon) called "Sandale"
that is desynching our channel, #macintosh. This has been going on for
about a week now, and though it only affects the *.ca servers, it is
starting to get annoying for our users & operators seeing messages about
"You're not on that channel" and "You're not channel operator" from
services.ca. There's also Copland and Tinami, but they reside on other
servers and aren't the source of the desynchage. We've gotten the channel
back from Sandale before, but then *.ca just splits and it has the channel
again. Here's the /whois I got for Sandale:

*** Sandale is michau00@ragueneau.gel.ulaval.ca (T'es frustree, hein!)
*** on irc via server sifon.cc.mcgill.ca ([thalassa.cc.mcgill.ca] McGill
University, Computi)

It would be a great benefit to all of us in #macintosh if you would place a
K: line for this user. Thanks.
