abusive users

hello my name is Leigh Benson I am one of the system admins for amug.org
and a avid IRC user latly we have been experiance some problems withyour
server seems one of your users has been using nuke to split the servers to
wreak havoc on the entire IRC net this is verry annoying and makes irc for
the rest of the net a little less stable as you know irc is unstable as it
is without having abusers like this one intentionaly splitting servers.

the problem seems to be comming from:

*** Sandale is michau00@ragueneau.gel.ulaval.ca (T'es frustree, hein!)
*** on irc via server sifon.cc.mcgill.ca :[thalassa.cc.mcgill.ca] McGill
University, Computi

will you please lookinto this matter

oh also this same individual has been attacking amug.org with ping bombs
nukes and e-mail bombs for various faked addresses i have sent e-mail to
his apparent sysadmin but have gotten no responce i suggest a tempory
K-line from all *ca server would solve the problem he will get board and
give up
