Well i've seen him around a bit, but all-in-all, he's a little brat.
Maybe give him low access that doesn't get him actual chanops.
If anyone wants them, i can probably dig up some nice pictures he sent me
of his middle finger, taken with his very own QuickCam. I was impressed.
