I agree it is a good idea but lamers are using it. Maybe the form should
be remade to ask more personal questions as well as the essay. I believe
the form does not ask enough questions in order for you guys to decide if
they are worthy of ops. It didn't help me either btw.
Maybe instead of just the one essay, the form could as several "real life"
essay questions to learn about what the person would do and how they would
proceed to deal with the situation.
