Everybody who doesn't have a static ip can be spoofed and is a security risk.
You can say.. Oh.. It won't happen here... Don't worry it will... One of the
two new features of Vladbot 3.0 is op file that has the option for password.
That means that you won't be auto-op'd but will have to issue a op command with
password before you get ops and can control the bot. It might seem a pain in the
ass but it's really annoying when you try to join #macintosh and it's invite
only and there's only a foreign bot on the channel.
We'll test it and see what happens...
