Here's my formal apology for what I'm accused of. I was in a sort of
"breaking in" period, and I did make mistakes. I guess I was punished
for those mistakes in a [logical?] manner. Somewhat of a slap in the
face. I intend to take that to heart, and improve my operator
behavior. Thank you.
