Deleted from userlist

I have now been deleted from MacServ's userlist several times..possible very
deliberately, possibly a mistake..I doubt I'll ever know, but I'm starting
to think about what really can be done to stop that sort of thing. I can't
think of very much, without getting down to the very roots of the situation.
There's a very large number of level 10 users, and it allows for a lot of
uncertainty about both situations like this, and useradding..I remeber a
message to the list about how it would be better to have a particular person
appointed to the job of adding and deleting and changing. Makes sense to
me, especially after I've seen the problems that do arise in the current
scheme.
