TextBox toggles

I am starting to realize that I've got too many of my toggles on, and that
I'm using too harsh treatment.. The second I'll fix myself, but the first:
I don't know exactly what to do. I'll give you the toggles that are under
question: S = Server Ops Protection; N = Nick Flood Protection; M = Mass
Kick or Deop Protection. I'm not using M or S anymore. I still can't for
certain whether any are really good (except I guess M is overly paranoid).
Well, send in your suggestion.
