Well, I personally have been coaching the newbies for 4 years and am sick of it.
It's not that I think that they should all be auto kicked, but constantly
putting up with "How do I change my nick?" questions drives you buggy after a
while. The best solution right now is an autokick followed with an automated
message why they were kicked and how to fix it.
