This shit just really doesn't seem to apply anymore. Kicking just for
fun either 1) starts an avalanche of kicks from the bot or 2) just
pisses the person off who just came in. I don't think either of these
are desirable effects.

Also, before the IRC network could handle all that jazz pretty well,
now a days the servers don't need the work of handling that shit on
top of just trying to stay connected to each other.
