I agree with all the above.

I'm not so enthusiastic about #5 and #6. Perhaps it is abusive to
insult another #mac participant, then to become more offensive when
asked to tone down. A single insult falls within acceptable
boundaries. Requests for kicks are meaningless, in my book.
